Dianne Davidson is a professional historian who has taught at tertiary level, led history workshops in regional WA for the State Literature Centre and acted as consultant historian for a number of government and private bodies including designing an oral history program to run through the dioceses of the WA Catholic Church.
As president of the Fremantle History Society she successfully lobbed government for the appointment of a historian to Fremantle Prison.
Dianne was elected to serve on the Committee of the History Council in September 2007.
