Pam Hartree, Coucillor:

Pam has a BA (Social Sciences) with Distinction, majoring in Australian and Western Australian History and Politics and a Graduate Diploma in Information and Library Studies from Curtin University. Pam is also an Associate Member of Australian Library and Information Association.  Pam is presently the Librarian Local History, Fremantle City Library, one of the most extensive Local History collections in WA. Pam was also Librarian with the Heritage Council for three years and editor of Local-Link - Newsletter of the ALIA Local Studies Group from 2001 – 2006. Pam is working towards making Fremantle’s history more accessible to the community.

She was elected to the Committee of the History Council in August 2009.
