Julia Wallis

 

Julia has a BA Hons in History from UWA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Heritage Studies from Curtin University, has done some heritage and oral history consulting work and is keen to build her credentials in history/heritage. She was a part time mature age student and has a strong secretarial background.

 

Julia’s special interests are social history, women’s history, environmental and Aboriginal history. She has been involved with several community projects including Midland Westrail Workshops, Yarloop Community History and is presently co-ordinating the oral histories for the East Perth Power Station project.  

 

Julia took over as Executive Officer from Julia Ball in July 2006.
